With our strong engineering and management team by using CAD/CAE/CAM, we can provide customer the following professional services.

•Part pre-study and pre-checking

     At the start of designing, we will pre-study and check the part structure and assembly to avoid any part interferance, find any potential problem such as gate location , part wall thickness, deformation and shrinkage, make our suggestions to customer for any product update.

•DFM Report: we will provide DFM report to discuss with customer to define gate location, parting line and any other mold structure.

•Mold flow analyse: Using mold flow to simulate the injection molding will help find the reference solution for the mold designer and reduce the tooling lead time greatly. 

•2D and 3D mold drawing: we will provide 2D and 3D mold design drawing for customer confirmation before mold manufacturing. 

•Weekly Mold Progress Report: Our project engineer will submit regular weekly mold progress report to individual customer with images attached.
